lymph fun

surprise, surprise, i'm in pain and exhausted. its been a long time since acupuncture did this to me, like 5 years. once dr. tsing tried to flush the toxins out of my body too fast and i was jaundiced for a couple days. he was pretty careful after that and i never had another problem. its been hard finding and starting with a new acupuncturist after he was so awesome and helped me so many times out of extreme health problems.

yesterday i went to see dr. chang and when i got home i started to feel a bit tired and sore. by 9pm i could feel my lymphs all becoming sore. by the time i got the kids in bed it was too much to bear. i've been sleeping most of the day and i feel like i have the flu, but without a fever or any other signs of infection of any kind. its like my immune system is in over drive without any perceptible reason. i looked up some drawing of lymph locations to make sure that the pain wasn't from something else, but it follows lymphs i didn't know i had until today.
